Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Beef – our cows are 100% grass fed and moved daily to fresh pasture in an intensive rotational grazing system. We offer whole, half, and quarter shares (sold by the hanging weight) as well as a 40lb box of mixed cuts. From rib eye steaks and short ribs to chuck roasts, porterhouse steaks and ground beef, our pasture-raised beef is lean, succulent, and oh so full of flavor.*
Pasture-Raised Meat Chickens – we raise Rainbow Ranger chickens for meat throughout the summer and fall. Raised and processed right here on the farm, they’re moved daily on fresh pasture where they forage for bugs, worms, and grubs. They are also fed local non-GMO grains, spent grains from our local brewery, and milk from our grass-fed Jersey cows. They finish at approximately 3-5 pounds and their meat is succulent and flavorful. Frozen whole chickens are available year-round at the farm.
Heritage Pasture-Raised Turkeys – heritage turkeys are excellent foragers, they have larger legs and a larger ratio of dark to white meat than conventional commercial breeds. Raised outdoors in fresh air and plenty of fresh green grass and pasture, with free range to express their natural instincts, the flavor profile is unbeatable. Moist and succulent with beautiful dark meat and healthy pasture-raised fat, these turkeys are second-to-none when it comes to flavor.
Heritage Milk-Fed Pork – our pigs are spoiled. They eat the very best of all the things. They are corn and soy free, fed non-GMO barley, all the excess garden produce they can handle, and rich creamy milk and whey from our Jersey milk cow. We offer whole and half shares (approximately 160lb and 80lbs of meat, sold by the hanging weight) including favorites like Italian sausage, cured hams, rack of ribs, breakfast sausage, thick pork chops, and bacon. Of course bacon. We also offer a 40lb box (approx. 1/4 share) of mixed cuts.*
Award Winning Free-Range Eggs from our flock of happy, pasture-raised, free-range laying hens are top-notch and raved about by our customers with creamy whites and dark orange yolks – a product of their high protein free-range diet of bugs, worms, grass, and forage. Farm fresh eggs are available year round. Our kids loooove to help you, but there’s an honor system self-service fridge on the front porch in case we’re all out in the field.
Garden Produce – Herbs of all kinds (basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley, sage, summer savory), heirloom tomatoes, garlic, sweet peppers, jalapeños, flint corn, beets, beans, squash (so much squash!) and much more. We’re always experimenting and trying new things to grow.
